Matabungkay Beach Escapade | Batangas

What an awesome and unforgettable experience. We traveled from Marikina to Lian, Batangas and vice versa. That time there was monsoon rain that made our trip miserable. Imagine!!! driving a car that has broken air-con, with less than 40kph speed, the cars behind were not visible.

Pagdating namin sa Lian along the hi way there are several people offering a private resort to stay. We enjoyed our stay overnight. Kinabukasan we migrated to a beach where we eat our lunch on a bamboo raft.

After a fun-filled swimming, it's time for us to go back to Fred's Resort to pack up. Exactly 3:00pm we leave the place, Nag umpisa na naman  ang heavy pours. Yong daan almost 20 % na lang ang visibility in my case kasi nga di gumagana ang air-conditioning system ng kotse namin.  Only the painted white broken lines na lang ang pinaka guide ko sa daan. I can't even see the traffic signage kaya sa Sta. Rosa, Laguna napasok ko ang one way. I was apprehended together with my brother kasi sinusundan nila ako.

Kinabukasan, The Philippine government declared no classes to all levels. Some parts of SLEX were submerged with water.
